With over 33 years of experience in education, Dr. Saini is deeply committed to nurturing young minds and building a future-ready generation.
At the heart of Dr. Saini’s leadership is a strong belief in academic excellence, character development, and global exposure. She has championed several student-centric initiatives, introduced innovative teaching methodologies, integrated technology into the classroom, and fostered a culture of creativity, compassion, and critical thinking. Under her stewardship, the school has consistently achieved outstanding academic results, excelled in co-curricular activities, and maintained high standards of discipline and integrity.
Dr. Saini holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s in Economics from Mumbai University, as well as a Master’s in Human Resource Development from Xavier University, Cincinnati, USA. She has also completed prestigious programs in Project Management, Strategic Leadership, and Design Thinking from institutions such as the Project Management Institute (USA), IIM Ahmedabad, ISB Hyderabad, and Harvard Business School Online.
Her influence extends beyond the School as she serves on national educational panels and advisory boards. She is also the Vice President of the Association of ICSE Schools of Maharashtra and a member of the Council’s Inspector Panel for ICSE & ISC schools.
Dr. Saini has been honored with numerous awards, most notably the Derozio Award by the Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi—one of the highest recognitions for contributions to education and human enrichment.
