Children’s Day Celebration 2022
A Harmonious Spectacle to Behold!
‘The most precious thing in the world is the smile, the innocence, the purity that a child holds and what better way to celebrate this trinity than to witness a soulful symphony by the INS Hamla Navy Band, on Children’s Day 2022.’
The much sought-after event was witnessed by the Management, faculty, students of N. L. Dalmia High School and N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research.
The event commenced by welcoming our dignitaries with the guard of honour. This was followed by a formal welcome of our esteemed guests Commodre Neeraj Malhotra and his wife Mrs Ratika Malhotra, Commander Shiv Kumar Verma, Commander Rajesh Patil and his wife Mrs Mamta Patil, Commander Aalok Gaur and Lt. Rajshree Tolani by Hon. Secretary Mr. Shailesh Dalmia, Mrs Natasha Dalmia, Mr. Mudit Dalmia, the C.E.O and Principal Dr. Seema Saini and Prof. Dr. M A Khan. The Navy Band of INS Hamla was welcomed with a token of appreciation by the Primary Student Council.
The Ceremonial Releasing of Balloons by Commodre Neeraj Malhotra and Mr. Shailesh Dalmia was indeed a sight to behold and led into the commencement of the event. This was followed by a melodious rendition by the School Choir. The Principal Dr. Seema Saini then addressed the gathering and expressed her eagerness to experience this mellifluent spectacle!
It was then time for the much awaited playing of the Symphonious Navy Band. Sub Lt. Sheetal Thomas and Sub. Lt. Prabhat Rajput introduced the Band and corded the flow of the Band with their crisp anchoring. What everyone witnessed was the finest, extremely commendable and a soulful amalgamation of rhythm, melody and harmony! The audience was delighted and fortunate to have experienced this rhythmic and grandeur composition on this occasion.
Commodore Neeraj Malhotra’s address filled everyone’s heart with warmth and enthusiasm. This entailed the Presentation of Token of Appreciation to all the distinguished guests.
‘Gratitude is the fairest blossom that springs from the soul’. Prof. Dr. Caral D’chuna proposed the Vote of Thanks by being grateful to each and everyone for the smooth sailing of the event.
The national anthem played by the Navy band was a perfect end to this memorable day!
