Republic Day Celebration 2024

N. L. Dalmia High School celebrated the 75th Republic Day of India with much fervour and zest echoing the themes ‘Visit Bharat’ and ‘Bharat – Loktantra ki Matruka’ for the year.
The programme commenced by welcoming the chief guests Dr. Maqsood Ahmed Khan, Director N. L. Dalmia Management Studies and Research and Dr. Ganesh Pawar, Principal N. L. Dalmia Degree College with a guard of honour followed by flag hoisting at the beat of the National Anthem. The sight of the tricolour flying high filled the air with a sense of unity and solidarity. A pledge to maintain India a leprosy free nation was undertaken by all, which was followed by a crisp and synchronized march past well-coordinated with the school band by all the four houses. Dr. Maqsood’s addressal inspired and encouraged the students to stand united for the nation.
A cultural programme unfolded, showcasing India’s rich heritage and diversity. The soulful renditions of the patriotic songs, energetic dance performances, inspirational, eloquent and articulate speeches by the students from Pre-primary to Management studies and the Degree College reflecting patriotic adoration left everyone teary eyed and hearts brimming with the reverence for our ‘Maa Bharati’.
The celebrations concluded with a vote of thanks by School Vice – Captain, Miss. Ananya Chauhan. The day indeed served as an occasion of reflection, remembrance, and inspiration, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts and minds of all present.

Celebrated as a national festival; the Republic Day commemorates and honours the time when the Constitution of India came into force.
N. L. Dalmia High School celebrated the 74th Republic Day with much grandeur and enthusiasm. The programme commenced with the unfurling of our Tricolour by Dr. Seema Saini, CEO and Principal of N. L. Dalmia Educational Society. Dr. M. A Khan, Director of N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research and Dr. Ganesh Pawar, Principal of N. L. Dalmia Degree College also graced the occasion with their august presence.
Following the unfurling of the flag, a much synchronised and coordinated March Past by the cadets of different houses adorned the ceremony.
Patriotic songs and dances have always boosted our morale, strengthened our resolves, and restored pride in who we are, and what we represent, as a great nation. Students of the School as well as the Degree College presented beautiful feet-tapping performances adding much charm to the celebration. The sheer enthusiasm and conviction with which students delivered Republic Day Speeches in different languages lifted the patriotic spirit in everyone!
The entire N. L. Dalmia Family came together to celebrate this historical day.
The programme ended with an expression of gratitude by the School Vice-Captain, Mst. Bhargav Sen Bhowmik.
The identity of being an independent country brings about a huge responsibility on our shoulders.
Let us bring alive our commitment towards the ‘PLANET AND PEOPLE’ while being driven by a deep sense of ‘PURPOSE’. Let us celebrate the nectar of freedom with complete mindfulness and sincere love for our country!
