Dr. Seema Saini heads the K-12 ICSE School as the Principal and brings with an extensive experience of 30 years in the field of Education.
Academically she is awarded with a Ph.D on Impact of Leadership on learning in Educational Organisations by Mumbai University, a Masters degree in Economics (Mumbai University) and a Masters in Human Resource Development from Xavier University, Cincinnati (USA).

Her educational leadership promotes the success of all students while facilitating development, implementation and stewardship of a vision for learning.
Dr. Saini has conducted Organisational Development programmes interventions for various schools and Organisation.
Dr. Saini began her career in teaching and went on to hold leadership positions in School. She has contributed as a member of various professional bodies, in which capacity she participated in the NPSC (National Progressive School Conference) New Delhi to set national guidelines for grading methods.
As a Principal of N. L. Dalmia High School she lead the School’s transition from State Board to ICSE affiliated school and upgrading the School to ISC-Jr college. She emphasizes on the professional development and morale of the teachers as she believes that it directly impacts the quality of education and the experience of children.
Dr. Seema Saini is also the CEO of N. L. Dalmia Educational Society which runs three Schools of excellence; N. L. Dalmia High School, N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research and N. L. Dalmia College of Arts, Commerce & Science.
